Field Sales Representative (DACH Region)

If you are an energetic Field Sales Representative open for a new role in an EMEA sales team with responsibility for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), we are looking for you.
The ideal candidate is passionate about international sales and workplace safety. From your first day with us you will be thoroughly trained to enable you to do what you like the most: to drive sales growth!
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic- Working according to a strategic growth plan;
- Generate sales- Among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling;
- Long-term relationships maintaining and building;
- Client requests- Give advice to multiple accounts, and often meet deadlines;
- Best Solutions- for customers with perfect internal communication;
- Manage- projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies - opportunities to grow business with existing clients;
- Collaborates- with the sales team to ensure consistent service and reach prospective clients;
- Tracking- market developments and discussing this with internal parties and customers;
- Represent- at tradeshows and events
- Training- product training online or at customer locations.

What You Bring
- Bachelor level, preferably in an international business direction
- Fluent in English and German
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, and Outlook
- Organized and methodical in day-to-day working
- Quick in learning new online tools, social media
- Extensive working experience is not key – an ambitious person with 1-3 years of working experience in a sales (support) role is preferable
