Our Notrax® technical installation team is now available to install or assemble custom matting installations only for Notrax® products purchased through our trusted distributor network across Europe.

An appointment can be made with our field sales team, or by contacting us at [email protected] to conduct a safety audit and to help plan the layout of the matting project as well as select and test the best matting products for the application.
A preparation visit can be made in advance for specific measurements, product selection and technical drawings and review. Our own Leon Wijntjes will be heading up the technical installation team as our matting installation expert (pictured above).

As part of our custom matting service, our experienced design team can create 3D custom drawings to your specifications based on your dimensions and preferred mat choice.

STUD-E™ Workplace Safety Survey - Prevent accidents in the workplace
our Technical Installation Service is part of the Justrite® STUD-E™ workplace safety survey. This survey assists in creating and maintaining a safe workplace by identifying vulnerabilities.
Keeping workers safe is much more than PPE – it starts with recognizing potential risks and hazards.
Using our proprietary, custom-built app designed by safety engineering experts, STUD-E™ we cover everything from the front gate to the back dock, our safety experts will provide a documented, detailed assessment of your safety needs across a variety of categories.
Our full-service solution:
1. Audit
We’ll conduct a complete walkthrough of your facility. Using our expert knowledge of matting, we will help you with the layout, testing and selecting of the best matting products for the application.
2. Measure
The layout of the area, and if there are workstations, tables, or machinery in or around it affects the complexity of your matting configuration. Our team will carefully measure the work area taking into consideration workflow and the type of work taking place.
3. Design
As part of our custom matting service, our experienced design team can create 3D custom drawings to your specifications based on your dimensions and preferred mat choice.
4. Preparation
Our expert custom matting team will use the 3D drawing created by our design team to carefully cut out all the pieces required for your installation.
5. Installation on Site
Once on-site, we will layout the pieces and begin installing the mats. Custom cuts will also be made on-site around immovable objects to ensure a seamless fit.
6. Waste Removal
After the installation is complete, we can also remove and dispose of the waste matting material safely.

Our sales team will review working areas, directional flows, movable and immovable objects. As well as the nature of the work, chemicals used, shifts or working hours along with a number of people, experienced problems, accident and near-miss reports, attendance, etc.
